Read Outside Your Comfort Zone Challenge

Hosted by A Tapestry of Words

I was supposed to sign up for this ages ago, but I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t procrastinate! Since we’re six months into 2011, I realized I should probably get a move on since there hasn’t been too much variety in my reading so far. I’ll hopefully be doing level three with 7-10 books, Standing on the Porch. I haven’t decided on all the titles yet, but here are the ones I have so far:

Feed by Mira Grant – I’ve read so many great reviews for this and the sequel. I’m not sure how much I’ll enjoy it, but I’ll never know until I try, right?

Nevermore by Kelly Creagh – A cheerleader and some goth kid? Hm, not very appealing but everyone raves about how good it is. We’ll see.

Sharp Teeth by Toby Barlow – This was recced to me ages ago so it’s about time I get to it. It’s written in verse so that will definitely take some time to get used to.

The Road by Cormac McCarthy – Another that I’ve had on my TBR list for the longest time. I’m pretty sure I’ll enjoy it, too.

A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin – I’ve actually already started this one, but I haven’t gotten too far in yet for whatever reason. I love the show so far, though, and I haven’t read many fantasy books.

I’ll edit this post as I decide on any other books.
