One of my favorite reads from this year was Sara Gruen’s Water for Elephants. The film adaptation, starring Robert Pattinson, Reese Witherspoon, and Christoph Waltz, is set to hit theaters next April and the first trailer made its debut online earlier this afternoon. Visually the movie is already set to sweep me off my feet, just as the novel did. Out of the actors, I think Christoph is the most perfectly cast, but I do look forward to seeing the others take on their roles. However, like with all of my other favorite books making their way to the big screen, I will cross my fingers that it doesn’t disappoint!
